At Atelier Ada, we offer free standard shipping on all orders. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days for domestic orders, and up to 14 business days for international orders.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package and see when it is expected to arrive. If you have any issues with delivery, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Atelier Ada. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Atelier Ada accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments via PayPal and Apple Pay.
To keep your Atelier Ada jewellery looking its best, we recommend storing it in a dry place, away from moisture and sunlight. Avoid wearing your jewellery while swimming, showering, or doing any other activities that may expose it to water. To clean your jewellery, gently wipe it with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any pierced jewellery, including earrings, nose rings, and cartilage jewellery. If you have any issues with a piercing product, please reach out to our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you.
