Our Founder’s Ethos
When I was very little, I was fascinated by my grandmother’s enormous collection of jewels. I began by putting together my first “styles” out of buttons and twine. Then, in my twenties, after completing years of apprenticeship work and earning a degree in metalsmithing, I launched my own jewellery brand. The goal was clear from the start: to design and hand-make jewellery that I would enjoy wearing. It was crucial that I never sent the work abroad or allowed the delicate task of creation to turn mechanical and artificial.
